Following are the steps in order to disable Guest login page in Alfresco.
Step1: Stop the server.
Step2: Open ALFRESCO_PATH\tomcat\shared\classes\alfresco-global.properties file and add this property. alfresco.authentication.allowGuestLogin=false
Step3: Restart the server.
Now, whenever you access Alfresco, you are always directed to the login page, not the guest access.
